Still not sure whether Zabbix is right monitoring solution for your company? Watched some videos, looked at presentations - looks promising but still in doubts if you should invest your time in setting up and playing with Zabbix? It does not matter where they are located on-prem or in the cloud, no inbound traffic into your infrastructure needs to be allowed, they only need to be able to initiate a TCP connection to this Zabbix public IP address (of course all the data will be encrypted).
- Being Super Admin means you can set up any alerting you want be it good old e-mail, or JIRA, or Slack, or ServiceNow, or MSTeams (and the list can go on and on as with little coding you can get notified via literally any system).
- And last but not the least - we are here to help with answering any question you might have and helping testing whatever you want to test.
